| Description | The project consists of roof replacement to the existing UVU Building “L” located in Orem, Utah. The removal and replacement of existing roofing system and insulation in its entirety, associated flashing systems and metal cap flashing systems. New perimeter edge flashing and fascia. New cover board with a mechanically attached single-ply membrane roofing system as required. Pedestrian safety barriers and fencing are included in the project scope of work as defined by the contract documents. |
