The size standard for Small Business is $39.5M average revenue for the three previous years. The project magnitude is betw een $250,000 and $500,000.00. Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. . Instructions to Bidders: 1.1. You are invited to submit a bid in response to our Invitation for Bids (IFB) entitled W50S6L-22-B-0004, Repair Lactation Rooms, project no. FXSB220239 at the 176 WG Campus, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. 1.2. As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. 1.3. The Government intends to exercise option line items at time of award if funding is available. The Government also intends to exercise option line items post-award during contract period of performance in the event funding becomes available. 1.4. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. 2. NOTICE OF PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: 2.1. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 29 June 2022 at 10:00AM AKST for the purpose of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit.
