As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. 1.3. The Government intends to exercise option line items at time of award if funding is available. The Government also intends to exercise option line items post-award during contract period of performance in the event funding becomes available. 1.4.
