Description

This project consists of 6 new 4-story wood-framed apartment buildings that are approximately 67,000 SF each, 2 new 3-story wood framed carriage units that are 5,200 SF each, a 11,103 SF wood-framed clubhouse, and 6 new 2,311 SF accessory garages and the associated site improvements. Within the project documents you will find the building plan sets for each building type. Note that there are 4 - type A buildings, 2 - type B buildings, 2 - type C buildings, 5 - type D buildings, 1 - type E building, and 1 - type F building. We expect the earthwork portion of the project to begin as soon as permitting allows, which is expected in July of 2022. The vertical package is expected to be approved in November of 2022, and that portion of the work will begin then. It is important to note the existing irrigation lines that are active this season. Work in that specific area can not commence until the system is dry. The plans for Building F are still being completed. Those will be released as soon as they are complete.
