Description The work generally includes: the repair of damage to the shoreline and timber framed pier that occurred during Hurricane Matthew and Hurricane Irma; additional pier repairs and electrical upgrades to the pier lighting; bank stabilization consisting of grading eroded areas back to a stable slope and placing rip-rap on geo-textile for stabilization; pier repairs including replacement of decking, rails, cross-bracing, and limited pile repair; electrical upgrades to the pier include the relocation and replacement of the load center supplying power to the pier; replacement of conduit and receptacles on the pier; replacement of the existing low voltage lighting; and all other appurtenances and requirements of the Contract Documents.
