| Description | The City of Pomona ("City") is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified firms ("Proposers") for PROJECT MANAGEMENT services requested to ensure the following general summary of the intended resultant work is designed, permitted, approved, bid, and constructed on the City's historic and asbestos containing material fireproofed existing Library building: o Roof Replacement, o HVAC system and controls Replacement, o Carpet Replacement, o Interior LED Troffer Retrofit Kits, o LED Exterior Lighting; and, o Related Work. Project Management services requested for this project include both Project Management and Construction Management, as well as Inspection not provided by City Building Department.
