Description

SCOPE: The Contractor, as an independent Contractor and not as an agent of the Government, shall perform facilities maintenance including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and preventative maintenance as described by this PWS incorporated in each BPA task. The Government defines electrical, plumbing, mechanical and preventative maintenance as installation/relocations of electrical outlets, water and drain hook ups, repair and sustainment of HVAC components and a variety of facility maintenance when applicable. The work shall be accomplished at the ARL facilities located at Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC), Adelphi, MD. The Contractor employees shall remain under the Contractor’s direct supervision at all times. The government shall coordinate technical direction within the scope of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), however, detailed instructions for Contract or employees and supervision of individual workers shall remain the responsibility of the Contractor
