Contract 1 - Water Distribution System & Water Storage Tank - $4,700,000 Contract 2 - General Construction - $400,000 Contract 3 - Mechanical - $500,000 Contract 4 - Electrical - $400,000 Contract No. 1 Water Distribution System & Water Storage Tank: Consists of a new 166,000 gallon glass-fused to steel water standpipe municipal water storage tank and approximately 51,851 l.f. of 8” water distribution main with associated hydrants, valves, and appurtenances to serve Water District #4 Extension #1 in the Town of Watson. Contract No. 2 General Construction: Consists of constructing a new well site building and related equipment to serve Water District #4 Extension #1 in the Town of Watson. Contract No. 3 Mechanical: Consists of the process equipment, piping, plumbing, heating, ventilating and construction requirements for the construction of a water treatment building and related equipment to serve Water District #4 Extension #1 in the Town of Watson. Contract No. 4 Electrical: Consists of the electrical construction requirements for a water treatment building construction, controls, instrumentation, and related equipment to serve Water District #4 Extension #1 in the Town of Watson.
