| Description | Vertical Sheet Metal Storage Rack: The Steel Shop is looking for an automated vertical sheet metal storage rack, capable of storing 5’ x 10’ sheets, with inventory identification and tracking capability. The Machine can be no taller than 17’-6” in overall height.?The storage rack cannot exceed 162.20” in length. It cannot exceed 134.84” in width including the gantry crane. Minimum of 25 storage spaces with a maximum load height of 1.57” Minimum of 2 storage spaces with a maximum load height of 3.54” It must have a minimum of 1 storage space with a maximum load height of 7.87” Each storage pallet needs to be rated for a minimum of 6,600 lbs. The entire steel structure is to be designed for 90% field load. The storage rack needs to come with safety cages for the right and left sides. |
