REPLACE/VAULT - Demolish existing Air Release Valve and Vault, remove the existing saddles, and install a new ARV in vault per approved Doghouse Manhole Underground ARV detail in same location (no offset) DELETE - Demolish existing Air Release Valve and Vault, remove the existing saddle, install a new stainless saddle and plug, place marker ball, and backfill with select material.
