Description

Renovate the current UAB Physical Education Gymnasium for Basketball Practice Courts and convert existing racquetball courts into 2 levels of offices and a locker room complex. The total square footage is approximately 30,000 SF. A lobby and a stairwell on the west end will be new construction. The first floor shall be players’ locker rooms, lounges, and meeting rooms. The second floor shall be coaches’ offices, and coaches’ dressing rooms.
