Gibson Oaks Water Production Facility (WPF)

Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to construct a new raw water well pump to the new Gibson Oaks well with associated piping, fittings, valves, electrical equipment, controls and other appurtenances. The WPF portion of the Project is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area on Parcel 242707000000024000. The site address is 8251 East Tom Costine Road, Lakeland, FL 33809. The off-site utility portion of the Project is located within existing right-of-way or easements within the North Socrum Loop Road and East Tom Costine Road corridors. The total construction cost estimate for this project is $13,214,000. The breakdown for each part is $10,234,000 for the Water Production Facility and $2,980,000 for the Phase I Off-site Pipeline Improvements.
