| Description | The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide construction services for Signing Improvements along Bishop Estates Road from San Jose to Race Track; Orange Ave from Race track to Bishop in St. Johns County. Funding for this project is through a Local Agency Program (LAP) between St. Johns County and the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and as such is subject to all FDOT construction contracts as contained in the bid documents including Davis-Bacon Act requirements.
