Description

Provide a fully equipped drilling rig, manpower and additional equipment to conduct drilling and completion operations for a 9500 foot well, at a site located approximately 10 miles north of Milford, Utah, as shown in Attachment B. The drilling program and well configuration are expected to be generally as described in Attachment C. The specifications in Tables 1 and 2, below, represent the best estimate of the minimum requirements for a rig to safely and efficiently drill, complete and perform testing operations for the well as currently designed. Vendor shall submit a rig equipment list for the proposed rig.
