Port Royal - Parapet Wall Repair

Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor to repair the parapet wall at the Masonic Lodge at Port Royal State Park in accordance with the attached drawings by James L. Thompson. Contractor shall be responsible to dispose of all trash and debris off state property. Contractor will secure the work site at all times. Contractor shall be responsible to repair or replace any damages to the building or grounds during this job. Contractor shall be required to furnish a 1-year workmanship warrant beginning on the date of the final inspection and acceptance by the State of Tennessee. Work shall begin within 10 days ARO and be completed within 30 days.
