| Description | For the Five-Year Elevator Maintenance Services for the City of Berkeley's Elevator as outlined in this bid form: (All bidders are required to provide a 10% bid bond in the form of a surety bond, acceptable to the City. The award of the bid will be after receiving approval from City Council. All this work will be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Our expected start date is January 1, 2023. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and or combination, thereof, and to waive any minor irregularities.
