Water Management Plan (Mendota Mental Health Institute and Central Wisconsin Center)

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking bids for Municipal Water System Consulting and Lab Services to provide input to our Water management plans to stay current and compliant with Department of Natural Resources (DNR) regulations. Resolve any underlying causes of water contamination to maintain safe drinking water for two Health Care Facilities (Mendota Mental Health Institute and Central Wisconsin Center (MMHI and CWC). Provide water distribution startups for any new building or additions to existing buildings and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. Any questions related to this bid should be submitted via email to Annette.bender@dhs.wi.gov by March 24, 2023, 2:00 pm. The resulting contract will be effective on the date indicated on the purchase order and shall run for one (1) year from that date, with an option by mutual agreement of the agency and the Vendor(s) to renew for an additional two (2) one-year terms. The State may terminate this contract by providing a written notice to the Contractor at least ninety (90) days in advance of the intended date of termination due to lack of performance.
