DESCRIPTION OF BASE BID ITEMS a) Item No. 0001 - "Facility 20620 Renovation and 9th Floor Level Addition" includes all construction work for alteration of existing building areas at all levels in the tower and includes the addition of a new floor level of construction below the existing 10th floor level as the new 9th floor level as indicated on the Construction Documents. DESCRIPTION OF OPTION BID ITEMSI a) Item No. 0007 - "Option 1 - 8 th Floor" includes equipment and construction work as an alternate for the construction of a complete new 8th floor level below the Base-bid new 9th floor level.
