B620 Tow er Renovation at WPAFB, OH. Estimated Construction Cost is betw een $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 Per FAR 36.204. NAICS Code 236220. Size Standard $39,500,000. Please note that business size in the System for Aw ard Management (SAM) is determined by the NAICS code. If the vendor size is not listed correctly for a particular NAICS code in SAM the business w ill be considered other than a small business. This is a Full and open procurement. In accordance w ith Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. AFARS 5132.702(a)(ii)(B): Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. DESCRIPTION OF BASE BID ITEMS a) Item No. 0001 - "Facility 20620 Renovation and 9th Floor Level Addition" includes all construction work for alteration of existing building areas at all levels in the tower and includes the addition of a new floor level of construction below the existing 10th floor level as the new 9th floor level as indicated on the Construction Documents. DESCRIPTION OF OPTION BID ITEMSI a) Item No. 0007 - "Option 1 - 8 th Floor" includes equipment and construction work as an alternate for the construction of a complete new 8th floor level below the Base-bid new 9th floor level. See drawings and specifications for further definition. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option within 120 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. b) Item No. 0008 - "Option 2 - 8th Floor" - The Contracting Officer may exercise this option within 120 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. All attendees are required to meet at Pass and ID in Area A of WPAFB for In-Processing at 0830 and 1200 hours Eastern Time per your respective time slot on the confirmation email. Schedule: Morning Session: 0830-0900: Registration for site visit (USACE will sponsor visitors for a (1) day base pass) 0900-1100: Site Visit at site location Afternoon Session: 1200-1230: Registration for site visit (USACE will sponsor visitors for a (1) day base pass) 1230-1430: Site Visit at site location No inquiries will be allowed during the site visit.
