800 feet E of Parrish, 600 feet N of 173rd in Hammond. This is a Local Trax project and is a new bridge that will eliminate the skewed at-grade crossing on 173rd. This will improve congestion and safety. There is no added capacity with this project. The sponsor is INDOT. This project is exempt from the requirement to determine conformity.
