Description

The scope of work includes renovating a portion of an existing multi-tenant building to accommodate the needs of the Westerly Transition Academy Adult Daycare. The area of work with in the first floor space is approximately 3,342 SF. Selective demolition includes but not limited to the removal of existing ceilings, flooring, partitions, portion of exterior wall construction,plumbing fixtures, countertops, doors, cleaning of entire building interior and contents including mold remediation, etc. Fit-out of the space includes but not limited to the new mechanical units, fire alarm system, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, ceiling systems, exterior concrete ramp, flooring, interior partitions, interior & exterior doors, frames, hardware, countertops, windows, finishes, etc.
