Description | Baseline services will include: •Pavement condition data collection on a four-year cycle (local streets in 2021 and 2025; arterial and collector streets in 2022 and 2026).•Maintaining the City’s pavement management database (PAVER), including annual work history updates and adding new assets to the database.• Maintaining a web-based tool allowing City staff to view current and historical condition ratings and supporting information in a user-friendly GIS based environment. •Responding to staff requests of network information for annual reporting. In addition to these baseline services, additional services may include other on-call pavement management tasks f rom 2021 through 2028. Examples of previous tasks include: •Providing before and after condition analyses on streets impacted by private development projects.• Conducting various pavement tests including, but not limited to, pavement coring, deflection testing, etc., •Evaluating the condition of City-owned parking lots and providing rehabilitation recommendations.• Evaluating the condition of the City’s brick streets, as well as curb and gutter along those brick streets, and providing the information in a user-friendly format for use in work planning. •Responding to miscellaneous staff requests for information related to pavement management. From the interviewed firms, the City will select one firm. The selected firm will be required to satisfy the City’s Equal Opportunity in Purchasing Ordinance (EOPO) requirements.
