Roof Replacement - Kearney Public Library

Proposal must include the cost of new roof include all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees to furnish, deliver, construct and install the new roof system. Minimum Equipment Specifications are as follows: Remove top layer of EPDM and existing metal cap. Inspect existing ISO/Deck for rot and report to owner. Install 1/2 " High Density coverboard over the entire roof deck. Install new 60 MIL white TPO over new coverboard. Install flashings for curbs, drains, pipes and other penetrations. Install new 24-gauge cap using cleat plate and exposed fasteners on inside wall. Completed work as a part of this contract must include a 20-year warranty. Project must be completed by June 1, 2023 The City of Kearney reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified firm or to modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the Request for Proposals, if it is in the best interest of the City of Kearney to do so.
