Front Beach Sidewalk Repairs Phase 2

The estimated cost is between $800,000 to 1,000,000. The City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi will be accepting electronic or sealed bids for the following project: FRONT BEACH SIDEWALK REPAIRS PHASE 2 The project includes removal of existing damaged sections of sidewalk and seat wall in selected areas of Front Beach Sidewalk and replacement of the sidewalk and seat wall in those areas. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, date and time of the bid opening, and the words "(FRONT BEACH SIDEWALK REPAIRS PHASE 2)" written on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope. The Bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number shall be written on the exterior of the envelope. Absence of the Bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number on the exterior of the envelope will cause the declared bid to not be opened or considered. The project is funded the City of Ocean Springs. The successful bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local requirements contained in the Contract Documents as identified in the bid proposal packet. The City of Ocean Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. Bids may be held by the City of Ocean Springs for the purpose of review for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening.
