Media Center Renovations King Philip High School - Sub

Work of this Contract in general comprises of Interior Renovation & Modifications to the existing Media Center. New windows, Meetings rooms, & offices, new flooring throughout. HVAC, Electrical, & Plumbing modifications. Questions concerning this solicitation must be in writing and must be received no later than Friday, March 24, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Questions received after such date and time will not be considered. Submit questions to Larry Azer, Director of Finance and Operations, azerl@kingphilip.org with a copy to Brittany Grant, bgrant@rowsearchitects.com. The project consists of, in general, interior renovations, minor demolition, new aluminum windows, storefronts, doors, new ceilings, flooring, painting, HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, electrical and technology Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE). The construction goal for this project shall be total 10.4% (MBE) / (WBE) participation by state certified firms. Within ten business days of the Bid Opening, the Bidder shall submit a "Schedule for Participation by Minority Business Enterprises" with an accompanying "Letters of Intent" by each minority subcontractor proposed to be used by the contractor.
