Description | Brycon Corporation is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) seeking proposals from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the CNM Student Services Facility (SSF) project in Albuquerque, New Mexico. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The project will consist of two phases. The first phase will consist of a new building totaling 42,721 sf, two story building on the CNM Main Campus. The second phase will be the complete demolition of the existing CNM SSC building. Located at 900 University Blvd, Albuquerque, NM. 87106. Information about the SSC building is located at the end of the construction drawing set. Subcontractors must provide separate prices for each phase. Brycon will be providing bid sheets that must be completed for the bidding process. LAST DAY FOR RFI's: 12:00 p.m., August 23, 2022.
