Description

Work consists of replacing the existing Air Handling Unit and condenser with new AHU & condenser and associated components of equal, or better capacity and performance characteristics. Units are located in the SMPRU Administration Building Penthouse Mechanical Room & roof. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify the exact location of the units and the modifications necessary to fit properly in the available space for a fully functional system without any additional costs to the Owner. The work will also include providing or modifying existing housekeeping pad in which to provide a base for the installation of the new AHU. Removing and replacing all refrigerant piping for the complete refrigeration system to include valves.
