A. Project Identification: As listed on cover page and in header. B. The work consists of: New construction. 1. All MEP trades; indicated site, civil and landscape work. 2. A separate FF&E contract entered into by the Owner to provide furniture and/or equipment. 3. Coordination with the vendors, suppliers and installers of this Contract. C.
