Description

The project generally consists of the construction of water and sewer relocations related to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) Project No. 070439 including new water lines, water services, gravity sewer lines, sewer services, and manholes together with incidental and ancillary work. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders appearing in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders must be licensed contractors qualified for business in the State of Arkansas before submitting a bid on this work.
