Description

This is a Design Bid Build (DBB) construction project for Bldg. 509 Heating System Replacement at NSA Mechanicsburg, PA. The work includes providing a new hydronic heating system utilizing a pair of dual fuel boilers capable of operating with a new fuel oil system or natural gas being routed to the mechanical room in Building 509; removing the existing fuel oil fired hot air furnaces, fuel oil tank and associated equipment; demolition of the existing mechanical/equipment room; construction of new fuel tank and mechanical room; and incidental related work.
