| Description | To repair and restore 4,707 square feet of existing roof at the Wrightsville Elementary School. 1. Remove existing wet and damaged roofing and insulation down to steel deck. Mechanically fasten new Polyisocyanurate insulation to steel deck. Insulation thickness shall match existing. Install new .060 non-reinforced fully adhered EPDM membrane over removal areas. 2. Power wash existing roof surface to remove dirt, debris and loose coating. 3. Prime existing membrane and flashing with appropriate primer at a rate of two hundred square feet per gallon. | ||
