Lancaster High School Lancaster Middle School Como Park Elementary Hillview Elementary John Sciole Elementary William Street Elementary 1. Como Park Elementary – Replacement of existing windows, including masonry repairs, sealant replacement, and coating of exterior E.I.F.S. surfaces. 2. High School – Replacement of existing tennis courts and site lighting. Remediation of lead from basement areas and providing new concrete slabs in the basement. 3. Hillview Elementary – Replacement of doors, hardware, flooring and millwork. Removals involve abatement of asbestos. 4. John Sciole Elementary – Replacement of parking lots and sidewalks. Masonry and concrete repairs to the existing building envelope at the loading dock. 5. Middle School – Plaster repairs, historic renovations, and improvements to the Auditorium; Library renovations; door, ceiling, and lighting replacement. Plumbing system improvements. 6. William Street School – Replacement of parking lots, sidewalks, site lighting, and site drainage. Replacement of existing building shingle roofs with metal roofs and replacement of skylights.
