| Description | Contractor will be responsible for removal of existing Carpet floor, asbestos tile floor, vinyl, and wood cove base. There is one layer of Carpet covering the Asbestos tile floor. The top layer was installed in 1980 over the existing asbestos tile and mastic. Both layers are damaged and required removal for new carpet tiles. The original tile and mastic (Flintkote Classic XI) is damaged and presents an indoor air quality hazard. No reinstallation of tile is required. |
