Description | All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the CPD Procurement Unit at procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 2:00 p.m. on 8/16/,2022. Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Proposers' Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ. It is Vendors sole responsibility to complete iSupplier registration and submit its Bid before the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence. For assistance regarding iSupplier please email procurement@nycha.nyc.gov Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Steam and steam-condensate pipe underground pipe replacement, parallel to existing underground piping. Steam & steam-condensate piping will be run separately between related buildings, both will be installed in the same trench. Both pipes manufactured by the same manufacturer piping system company for the underground installation. Existing underground piping steam and steam-condensate to be abandoned and capped at each opened end unless otherwise noted per each building mechanical room wall location. The New soil trench excavation work for the new steam and steam-condensate piping installation shall be done before existing steam system is disconnected and capped at each building. Cast-in-place concrete vaults with condensate pumps to be installed in place of existing vaults and pumps, which are to be abandoned |
