Description

The project includes; demolition, excavation, subgrade preparation, UDOT concrete curb, Z-Gates, Panel Gate, Signs, and asphalt pavement for completion of approximately 350 feet of pathway varying from 4 feet to 10 feet wide. There is no scheduled concrete demolition and asphalt demolition is relate to tie-ins to the existing asphalt areas at both ends of the project. Demolition work includes excavations of native soils and gravels required for the proposed work. Excavation work, including subgrade for the various pavement sections, is considered part of the Demolition Lump Sum price. In part, other items include; Storm Water Control (BMPs), 1,512 SF Asphalt Pavement (3 inches) 1,710 SF Asphalt Pavement (4 inches), 256 LF modified UDOT B3 curb, 100 LF modified UDOT B4 curb, 2 Signs on UDOT B3 bases, 2 Signs mounted on block wall, 4 Z-gates on UDOT B3 bases, Pavement Markings, UDOT Permit, and Bonds.
