for the performance of maintenance dredging at the Young's Avenue Boat Basin, 40 Town Creek Lane, Southold, NY SCTM 1000-064-01-10.1 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the governmental approvals and permits granted for such work The Information and Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, Form of Proposal, and Form of Contract may be obtained from the District Secretary by calling 631-765-6019 for arrangements. The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. Bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid will be required. A surety bond for the full amount of the award will not be required. Where a surety bond is not required, the proposal guarantee of the successful bidder will be held until the bid has been accepted and the contract has been signed by all parties. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the formal opening of the bid.
