Description

This project requires complete replacement of the existing four chiller/condenser pump pads (concrete inertia bases-CIB), and associated components. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work related to the removal of the chiller/condenser pads, and associated components and their replacement with a fully operational chiller/condenser pump pads-CIB (chiller/condenser pump(s) start up) and associated components of equal or better capacity and performance characteristics. The work shall include, but not be limited to, disconnection and reconnection of all mechanical, electrical and control interfaces, removal and reinstallation of mounting hardware, rigging and transportation services, and operational testing. Minority Business Enterprise are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This is for Small Business Reserves only. For more information regarding the SBR Program, The deadline for questions has been established as April 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $100.00 per day
