Arrival Court - Phase One Grading Plan

The scope of work to be performed for this project includes: o Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of all existing pavements, curbs, vegetation, trees, signage, lighting, irrigation, and other physical conditions in preparation for major earthwork and grading activities. o Constructing temporary access roads into the project areas for the Contractor and Contractors for adjacent projects to use as access points within the site o Raising or lowering of existing utility manholes, lids, valves, and similar utility structures to proposed finish grades. o Earthwork necessary to bring the project area to rough grade for the future site improvements, including but not limited to procuring, placing, and compacting suitable soil. o Erosion control and storm water pollution prevention for all disturbed areas within the project area. Scope of work also includes protection of existing trees to remain and protect from damage during construction activities.
