The work will done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) New construction for a valve house building located in Biwabik, MN. A new shed type structure to house electrical and mechanical systems for ski hill snowmaking and operations. Wood framed structure on a concrete foundation. 2.) Location is on the Giants Ridge property. 3.) Project construction includes, but is not limited to: Demolition, concrete, minimal steel, carpentry, thermal properties, openings, minimal finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, excavation, fill and minimal exterior improvements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since November 2017 for construction of General Contracting that involved similar Project Scope - construction of a wood framed structure on a concrete foundation. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $200,000.00 or greater.
