525 Plaza Building Parking Structure Repair

The 525 Plaza Building parking structure repair, east side parking structure storm water mitigation and parking ramp asphalt replacement. The construction scope will address the repair and water mitigation of an existing parking structure located at 525 E 100 S Salt Lake City UT 84102. The parking structure is about 250 feet in the north/south direction and 130 feet in in the east/west direction with a parking capacity of approximately 190 stalls. The suspended level consists of precast double tee sections with a concrete topping slab supported by cast-in-place concrete column and walls. The parking structure connects to the north side of the 525 Plaza building at two levels.
