Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is seeking proposals from a Design Team for the demolition of the existing Komodo Barn and replacing it with a new structure that will include a new barn, indoor exhibit area, and an outdoor holding/quarantine area. Design Team shall be defined as A/E disciplines whether internal to the proposing firm or outsourced including Lead Architect, Theming Design, and all engineering disciplines required for the project.
