The damage walls are adjacent to 60 and 70 Cherokee Road. Repairs are to be accomplished by using as much of the adjacent material as possible. The rock is still present. The stone for one damaged section adjacent to 60 Cherokee has been dislodged is located on a slope and in a branch behind the wall. The stone for the other section damaged near 60 Cherokee is still in the wall, but has been shifted. The stone for the wall adjacent to 70 Cherokee is adjacent to the wall. The stone shall be reinstalled in a way that reflects the original intent of the original design of the wall based on the before pictures of the wall. New mortar shall match existing mortar in composition, strength, color, texture, appearance and dimension. Mailboxes shall bronze, architectural style and shall be mounted to the wall Bid and performance bonds are NOT required for this bid.
