Description | The Board of Education of the Saratoga Springs City School District Invites the Submission of Separate Sealed Bid Proposals to Furnish Materials and Labor to Complete the Legacy Project - Phase 3 Saratoga Springs High School Project All in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications For the Following Categories of Work: Contract No. 7 - General Construction Contract No. 8 - Roofing Construction Contract No. 9 - Plumbing Construction Contract No. 10 - Mechanical Construction Contract No. 11 - Electrical Construction Contract No. 12 - Food Service Construction Contract No. 13 - Theatrical Construction Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022 and complete in the third quarter of 2024. Each Bidder shall prepare their bid proposal, along with a bid security, in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the "Information for Bidders". Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the date of the actual bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after the bid opening. PROCEDURE FOR ACCESS TO BUILDING TO EXAMINE SITE OF WORK Bidders can inspect the work locations before submitting bids. This can be done any Monday through Friday, except holidays, during hours when there will be School District Staff Personnel in the building. Unless directed otherwise, immediately upon entering the building,report to the School Office. This page of the specification may be used to identify you as a bidder. Follow instructions of School Personnel and keep interruptions to teaching activities to a minimum. |
