| Description | Capable of carrying out lead paint mitigation and repainting of the interior of the basement at the historic mansion building at Redcliffe Plantation State Historic Site. Work will involve the full or partial removal of lead-based paint in selected areas and removal of certain non-historic building components with lead-based paint from others.
