Furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in connection with the Drainage and Street Improvements of East Gay Street in Windsor Borough, York County. Base Bid: Existing inlet and culvert replacement, PennDOT type "M" inlet- storm sewer replacement- R4 rip rap aprons- restoration (7- locations along E. Gay St.). Alternate Bid No. 1: Roadway base repairs (400 SY). Alternate Bid No. 2: 1 1/2 " pavement milling (1177 SY), 1 1/2 " Superpave wearing course (1177 SY). Alternate Bid No. 3: 1 1/2 " pavement milling (1775 SY), 1 1/2 " Superpave wearing course (1775 SY).
