CDBG Facade Improvement Project 5

1. Remove Existing entrance door on east side. 2. Remove existing double hung window and relocate to location of old entrance door. 3. Create new opening at window location for new 6’ x 8’ commercial aluminum double door unit. 4. Install new door unit with exterior casings to match existing loading dock door and trim. No interior casing at this time. Doors to be factory coated with a Redwood 394F125 and door frame to be costed with Bone White 391X035 paint color from the Oldcastle Building Envelope paint selection Guide or equal or better than type of coating. 5. Exterior sheathing #1 pine clapboards and trim to be installed on exterior. 6. All wood to be primed and painted best quality latex paint. (Sherwin Williams Duration or equal) All wood primed on both sides prior to installation and top coated with 2 coats best quality latex paint. (owner to supply primer and paint) 7. New 6’ x 10” landing to be constructed with pressure treated steps to match engineering drawings.
