The selected firm shall complete an Engineering Assessment (if necessary), Topographic Survey, Design and Plan Development, Hydraulic Analysis, Environmental Documentation, Permits Applications, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Title Research and Staking, (if needed), Geotechnical Engineering, Utility Coordination, Pavement Design, Construction Phase Services.
