Description

The primary objectives are to document daily preventative maintenance, cleanliness of technicians working area, order preventative maintenance supplies and respond to emergency repair services to bring the bowling center equipment back on line after breakdowns when required. The Preventive Maintenance and Repairs requirements are designed to provide guidance in accomplishing routine systematic maintenance, inspection and general repairs to maintain the bowling center equipment at optimal operational levels, in good working condition and to avoid unscheduled breakdowns. Repairs that are determined to be required by the Contractor to prevent future unscheduled breakdowns; the Contractor shall immediately make the necessary repairs to correct the problem. Maintenance and repairs shall be performed in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's instruction, service and procedure manuals herein referenced.
