Description The scope of work consists in general, of the following: 1 Upgrade of the existing Westover Park Lift Station pumps with three (3) new 85 HP pumps including new control panel, instrumentation and electrical modification work. Lump Sum work requires construction sequencing and coordination with Owner's Representative to minimize interruption of pump station operations. 2 Removal of the existing 165 KW diesel generator and installation of a new 230 KW generator package with electrical modifications. 3 Modification of the existing Countryside 10-inch force main to divert wastewater flow to Westover Park Lift Station and installation of a new 14-inch force main. Lump Sum work includes construction sequencing, wastewater bypass pumping, site dewatering and trench safety system with all labor, equipment and materials, and coordination with Owner's Representative to minimize interruption of pump station operations. 4 Installation of a new odor control system in the Westover Park Lift Station with a new waterline, water meter, back flow preventer, plumbing and accessories. 5 Miscellaneous work includes concrete paving, sidewalk repair, SWPPP and traffic control.
