Repair DMS Facility for An/Asq-236 Radar Pods - Bldg 182

NOTE: This is a completion project resulting from a termination for default. The winning contractor will be expected to complete the project IAW the SOW, design requirements and 100% signed and sealed drawings. Upon award, the prevailing contractor as part of its obligation to complete construction shall assume responsibility for the delivery and coordination of specialty manufactured items, equipment and due balances. The prevailing contractor will also be responsible for all pending submittals and re-submitting all disapproved submittals. Further the documents provided with this notice are for reference only. All finalized documents will be available with the solicitation. The contractor design shall incorporate all necessary calculations, demolition, alterations, repairs, new installations, tests and certifications required to perform: The Government will remove all furniture prior to the Contractor beginning work on the project. The Contractor shall remove and later re-install items mounted on the walls that were not previously removed by the Government including, but not limited to, dry erase board, hand sanitizer dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper holders. Removal of such items shall occur prior to paining or wall paper removal and re-installation shall occur after all other required work is completed.
