Description

Contract with a qualified firm for design, contract documents including drawings and specifications, bidding assistance, and construction administration for HVAC improvements to the TATC (Trades and Technology Center) Building at the Santa Fe Community College campus. Scope includes brining all spaces up to current code requirements and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning (ASHRAE) standards for ventilation with outside air using MERV 13 filtration or better while maintaining LEED Platinum status of building. Based on a study provided by WHPacific Inc. (now NV5), SFCC believes the addition of rooftop equipment is recommended, however, SFCC will consider all design options that meet the stated requirements.
