Sealed bids will be received electronically through portal, a secure internet-based bid procurement management system, by the East Brandywine Township Municipal Authority for Groundwater Monitoring Well Sampling The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the bid deemed to be most favorable to the Authority. No bidders may withdraw the bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening. A contract may be awarded to the Bidder submitting the most responsible and responsive bid.
